It is important to us that we receive your feedback. Your feedback helps us continue and improve the program. We would love to learn the impact of our program on you and your students.

ITEMS TO RETURN

The 2nd Page of the Google Doc has detailed instructions to prepare for returning the items. Please have ready any borrowed items listed on the 2nd page of your Google Doc ready for the pickup window. If you have not received any of these items. There is no action needed for pick up. If you see any question marks on the 2nd page, it means we are missing or didn't enter your information for that section. If you can let us know the info we are missing that would be helpful to update our data.
FAQs
What if I haven’t used any or some of the Activity Kits. Do I have to return them?
No, they are yours to keep to do Farm to School with your students at your convenience. You can access any of the PDs, and virtual classrooms on the website: www.growinghopeproject.org/farm-to-school.
What does the pickup window mean?
To help reduce scheduling conflicts and increase our pickup efficiency, we are estimating we will be dropping by your school between the specified days to pick up the borrowed items.
What if I’m not able to get items to return ready by the pickup window?
You will need to contact Barbara or Chris to make other arrangements.
How do I return the borrowed items?
The last page of this document has detailed instructions on how to return them to us. You can either drop the items off at San Andreas High School or you will be leaving the items at your front office for us to pick up during the pickup window. If you make other arrangements with us please adhere to our arrangement with you.
What if I didn’t request or receive any of the items listed to be returned?
There is no action needed on your part for pick up.
That's it for us! We are looking forward to the remaining Field Trips and your feedback.
Sincerely,
Barbara & Sherryl
