What We Are Growing

san Andreas high school career pathway program

There’s always something growing in the lab. A quick video of our current batch of plants in the San Andreas High School lab. All plants have been germinated and maintained with the special ed students and general ed students at the high school as part of their Advanced Technology Career Pathway.

From seed to harvest, the lab is where students get to experience and learn all the different stages of the plant cycles, food-handling safety, maintaining the growing systems, and the health benefits of what is growing. Grown pesticide-free and with 90% less water than soil-grown methods.
