During a #dangerous and inspiring keynote by Jim Clifton, Chairman, and CEO of Gallup, he stated that one of the keys to keeping our economy growing is our ability to build. Mr. Clifton continued to explain the importance of finding our core strengths to develop them. His talk correlated perfectly with the project's main goal which is to help students find their "X-Factor."

After the event, the Growing Hope Project Team had a brief moment to meet and provide Mr. Clifton with an overview. SBCUSD Board Member Micheal Gallo and Superintendent Dr. Dale Maresden had a private lunch with Mr. Clifton to discuss the project.
